Who supports your phone system?

Put simply, we do. We have a call centre at our head office in Bournemouth, Dorset who are able to fix the vast majority of issues over the phone. If they are unable to resolve your issue, we have a team of field-based engineers, with an average length of service of 7 years, who are on hand to help.

How do you report an issue?

There are a number of ways to report any issues with your new phone system. Firstly, you can use our online help portal “4Care” which has a number of helpful videos which often allow our customers to fix their own issue. You can also call us on the number at the top of the page, or submit a form and one of our team will respond accordingly.

What levels of support are available?

We provide office hours support with each and every phone system we install. If you would like support outside of office hours, then our consultants will be happy to discuss your options with you.

Where are you based?

Our call centre support team are based in our head office in Bournemouth, Dorset. To complement that team, we also have a large team of field-based engineers, meaning they can reach you more quickly in the event that you need assistance.
