Who supports your phone system?
Put simply, we do. We have a call centre at our head office in Bournemouth, Dorset, with engineers who are able to fix the vast majority of issues over the phone using video call support on HiHi2. If they are unable to resolve your issue, we have a team of field-based engineers who are on hand to help.
What levels of support are available?
We provide office hours support with each and every phone system we install. If you would like support outside of office hours, then our consultants will be happy to discuss your options with you.
Where are we based?
Our call centre support team are based in our head office in Bournemouth, Dorset. To complement that team, we also have a large team of field-based engineers, meaning they can reach you more quickly in the event that you need assistance.
