Price Adjustment Information for 4Com Customers

Over the last 6 months, it has been recognised that whilst the pandemic may be over, as businesses, we are all facing different forms of challenges that have subsequently arisen, not to mention the global political and economic turbulence.

After carefully analysing the economy over previous months and the costs being passed on to us by all suppliers, following the recent rise in inflation, we are writing to inform you of a necessary forthcoming price increase to your 4Com services. Please be assured, we have made every effort to delay this increase for as long as possible.

Effective from July 2022, 4Com will be adjusting your monthly recurring charges by 8.97%.

Your new pricing will be reflected in your June 2022 invoice and can be viewed within your 4Com Webabillity online account platform after this date, where you can also view your previous invoices.

In line with Ofcom regulations, consumers, microenterprises, small enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations who subscribe to a telecommunications contract and pay recurring charges such as line rental, have the right to exit their contract for the relevant services without having to pay any early termination charges. This right to exit only applies to contracts entered on or after 23 January 2014 and must be exercised within 30 days of receiving the relevant pricing notification.
